Based on our coveted Tone Hammer amplifier, the Tone Hammer preamp/DI is our swiss-army knife for your pedalboard. Featuring fully sweepable midrange frequencies in addition to bass and treble controls the Tone Hammer gives you studio-inspired EQ paired with a pristine D.I. for the studio and stage. To give this tone shaping unit the ultimate flexibility we introduce our proprietary Adaptive Gain Shaping circuitry (AGS). AGS allows the player to kick in an additional gain structure allowing you to go from modern tones to vintage, tube-like saturation with the stomp of a button. When we released our original Compressor back in 2011, it quickly became a favorite among guitar and bass players alike who were searching for something more than the typical oversimplified controls found on most compressor pedals. Although our original Compressor sounded great on bass (and still does!) we set out to do even better. 

On top of the full range of features and controls normally only seen in high-end studio equipment, such as input and gain reduction metering, independent attack and release controls, a mix knob for parallel compression, and an external sidechain insert, we’ve now added a fully variable sidechain high pass filter, and a two-position ‘tone + color’ circuit which adds gentle tone sculpting and harmonic distortion, giving your bass some delicious character.

Wie oft hast du schon vor deinem Lieblings-Ambient-Pedal gesessen und das Gefühl gehabt, dass du wochenlanges Training bei der NASA brauchst, um es zu benutzen? Knöpfe, Schalter, Schieberegler... Es ist oft SO schwer und frustrierend, schnell einen brauchbaren Ton auf diesen Dingern zu finden... Als wir zum ersten Mal über ein Ambient-Pedal nachdachten, hatte die Benutzerfreundlichkeit oberste Priorität, gleichrangig mit einem erstklassigen Klang, der sich mit Pedalen zu einem doppelt so hohen Preis messen kann.

Wie würdest Du ein Pedal wie das Wampler Ethereal beschreiben? Trifft „Ambient Heaven“ zu? Ist es das Tor zwischen dem realen Leben und der Astralebene? Oder ist es einfach nur wunderschön? Es ist schwer zu sagen, welchen Ausdruck man verwenden soll, wenn man über das Pedal spricht, denn sie alle passen perfekt... und natürlich ist es so einfach zu bedienen, dass man sofort die perfekten Ethereal-Sounds erhält.

How many times have you sat in front of your favorite ambient pedal and felt like you need weeks of training at NASA to use it? Knobs, switches, sliders…It’s often SO hard and frustrating to find a usable tone on those things quickly... Keeping that firmly in mind, when we first considered making an ambient pedal, ease of use was a top priority, right up there with top tier quality tone on par with pedals at twice the price.

Das RockBoard RBO B 3.0 TRES B Pedalboard bietet Platz für ca. 5 bis 10 Pedale (entsprechend der Größe der Pedale) und wird mit einem ideal abgestimmten Gig Bag geliefert. Die robuste, wasserabweisende RokTex Oberfläche, der verstärkte Boden aus PVC (Polyvinylchlorid) und die 10 mm Polsterung bieten den perfekten Schutz bei leichtem Transport. Die RockBoard Pedalboard Serie wurde komplett designt, um ein Pedalboard zu schaffen, das leicht, verwindungssteif und robust ist und vor allem die Nutzung einer weiten Bandbreite an Pedalen, als auch Stromversorgungen und deren Montagelösungen erlaubt. Sein einzigartiges und geniales Design basiert auf nur einem einzigen kaltgewalztem Aluminiumblech und hat keine einzige Schweißnaht. Dadurch bietet es eine absolut flache Oberfläche, die komplett genutzt werden kann. U-förmige vertikale Streben geben dem Board zusätzliche Stabilität, ohne es merklich schwerer zu machen, dadurch ist das Board komplett verwindungssteif und verbiegt sich nicht unter maximaler Auslastung. Das innovative Slot-Design funktioniert mit gängigen Montage-Lösungen oder, perfekt, mit unserem RockBoard QuickMount System. Außerdem machen die Slots es einfach, Kabel für einen sauberen Aufbau unter der Board-Oberfläche zu verlegen. The RockBoard RBO B 3.0 TRES B pedalboard offers space for approx. 5 to 10 pedals (depending on the size of the pedals) and comes with a perfectly matched gig bag. The robust, water-repellent RokTex surface, the reinforced PVC (polyvinyl chloride) bottom, and the 10 mm padding offer perfect protection while providing easy transportation. The RockBoard pedalboard series has been designed to create a pedalboard that is lightweight, warp resistant, and robust, and above all, allows the use of a wide range of pedals, as well as power supplies and their mounting solutions. Its unique and ingenious design is based on only a single cold-rolled sheet of aluminum without a single weld. As a result, it offers a flat surface that can be fully utilized. U-shaped vertical braces give the board extra stability without making it noticeably heavier, making the board completely torsion-resistant and preventing bending even under maximum load. The innovative slot design works with common mounting solutions or, perfectly, with our RockBoard QuickMount system. In addition, the slots make it easy to route cables under the board surface for a clean setup. Almost all common power supplies can be mounted either under the board surface directly or by using our optionally available RockBoard The Tray or BasePlates. All RockBoard models (except the DUO series) are compatible with our RockBoard All-In-One PatchBays, which are a useful addition to any RockBoard.
