The BSM RM-Metal model is based on the British Range Master unit produced between 1965 and 1969, as used by Eric Clapton in John Mayall's Bluesbreakers. Eric also used the booster when playing in the legendary group Cream. Its biting, powerful sound is clearly in evidence on the Bluesbreakers "Beano" album. Blues rocker Rory Gallagher, Heavy Rock pioneer Tony Iommi and Brian May from Queen were also heavy users of the orginal Range Master unit. The long yearned for new edition, now issued under the name RM from BSM, includes the same OC44 germanium transistors as the the original 1965 version. The RM Metal is a modified '69er RM model like Mr. Iommi's unit, which he has used on his second Black Sabbath records and later. The RM Metal model is recommed for Nu-Rock, low dropped tunings and baritone guitars.

RM Metal Treble Booster

The BSM HS model is based on the short-lived early edition British HORNBY-SKEWES unit produced, as used by Ritchie Blackmore, the brilliant and impulsive guitarist of Deep Purple. The unit produces a powerful and biting sound that was used to help create the epochal masterpieces e.g. "Deep Purple In Rock" and "Fireball". The long yearned for new edition, now issued under the name HS from BSM, includes the same germanium transistors as the 1965 version. The HS-Custom model includes a volume control (like Blackmore's modification).

HS-Custom Treble Booster

The BSM VX-C Classic model is the most authentical copy of the british Vox Treble & Bass booster from the late 60‘s, used by many british bands at this time. It offers the original tone network and gain from the original, to make it the perfect copy of this out-of-production stompbox. Th e VX-C Classic model includes a tone control, that allows an extraordinary amount of versatility from a wooly bass tone up to a sparkling high-end vintage sound. It's also possible to produce the sound of a Wah-Wah pedal, set to a fixed middle position.

VX-C Clean Treble/ Bass Booster

This treble booster was manufactured for only three years, from 1967 to 1969, and was based on the Hornby Skewes used by Ritchie Blackmore during his Deep Purple days. It is a faithful reproduction of the 1967 model, with a high standard of selection of hard-to-find parts such as European-made germanium transistors. It has a powerful sound with a bite that you hear in famous hard rock albums. By controlling the guitar volume, you can enjoy lead tone to crunch sound.

It is powered by a 9V dry cell battery only.

BSM Treble Booster Model FireBall

BSM decided to build a significant boutique overdrive pedal in order to add a different and more modern way of receiving the signature Blackmore sound additionally to the classic BSM full power Booster line: the SUPREME! If combines the medium output of an overdrive pedal with the typical Blackmore sound, so as to achieve Ritchie’s tone immediately with most amps bright channel independently from the SUPREMES’ output adjustment. The drive-control is there to set perfectly Ritchie’s gain-shadings over the last four decades of his rock-artistic development. The basic tone is very beefy with direct bass, punching mids and uncoloured treble.
