Ein Phaser filtert ein Signal, indem er eine Reihe von Höhen und Tiefen in einem bestimmten Frequenzspektrum erzeugt. Dabei werden die Höhen und Tiefen gegen das Original moduliert, so dass sie sich im Laufe der Zeit verändern und einen Sweeping-Effekt erzeugen. Die Mathematik ist etwas kompliziert, aber im Klartext bedeutet das, dass der SP400 Deine Gitarre so klingen lassen kann, als würde ein Düsenflugzeug über Dich hinwegfliegen.

Die Real Sound Modeling (RSM)-Technologie, die zum ersten Mal in dieses Pedal integriert wurde, verleiht dem SP400 die Fähigkeit, eine breite, reichhaltige Klangpalette zu erzeugen. A phaser filters a signal by creating a series of peaks and troughs in a specific frequency spectrum. The position of the peaks and troughs is modulated against the original, so they vary over time creating a sweeping effect. The math is a bit complex, but in plain terms, the SP400 can make your guitar sound something similar to a jet airplane flying overhead.

Real Sound Modeling (RSM) technology, which has been integrated into this pedal for the first time, gives the SP400 the power to create a wide, rich tonal palette. Go from gentle tone coloration to really deep phasing. Every step along the way sounds like it was created in a state-of-the-art studio!

Der Filter ist spannungsgesteuert, so dass er auf deinen Spielstil und deine Intensität reagiert, und du kannst die Reaktion des Filters mit den dedizierten Reglern Sensitivity, Manual, Depth und Rate fein abstimmen.

Mit den Reglern Sensitivity, Depth, Rate und Manual bietet das UW300 eine große Auswahl an Wah-Sounds. Mit dem Manual-Regler kannst du die Frequenz festlegen, bei der der Effekt zu arbeiten beginnt. Hohe Manual-Einstellungen verringern zum Beispiel den Sweep-Bereich, da das untere Ende des Frequenzsweeps nach oben verschoben wird. Mit dem Sensitivity-Regler kannst du bestimmen, wann der Auto-Wah-Effekt aktiviert wird, und das hängt ganz davon ab, wie stark du spielst. Ganz gleich, ob du ein traditionelles Wah-Wah-Wimmern oder einen dichten psychedelischen Dunst eingestellt hast, das UW300 reagiert sofort auf die Dynamik deines Spiels.

Die helle, bernsteinfarbene LED des UW300 zeigt an, wenn es aktiviert ist (sie kann auch als UFO-Landebake verwendet werden), und der elektronische Ein-/Ausschalter sorgt für eine unverfälschte Signalintegrität im Bypass-Modus. Der UW300 kann mit einer 9-V-Batterie oder unserem Gleichstromnetzteil PSU-SB (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) betrieben werden.

The Manual dial gives you the power to specify the frequency where the effect starts working. For example, high Manual settings decrease the sweep range because the low end of the frequency sweep is moved upwards. The Sensitivity control provides control over when the auto-wah is activated, and is totally dependent on how hard you play. So, whether you’ve dialed in a traditional wah-wah whine or a thick psychedelic haze, the UW300 responds instantly to your performance dynamics.

The UW300’s bright amber LED tells you when it’s activated (it can also be used for a UFO landing beacon), and the electronic on/off switch maintains pristine signal integrity in bypass mode. You can power the UW300 with a 9 V battery or our PSU-SB DC power supply (not included).
