In search for the ultimate envelope filter we set out to mod a classic design of the past to match the needs of the modern player. To make the pedal a little more exciting and â€œcrazyâ€ we added analog gated fuzz with switchable -1,+1,+2 octaves. You can use both effects simultaneously or independently via the 2 easily accessible footswitches. A dry out level control makes the effect perfectly suitable for guitar, bass or keyboards.

All analog, featuring germanium transistors for smooth and deep complex tone with amazing clean-up. We hand select 3 New Old Stock Germanium transistors for each pedal ensuring ideal performance and consistency. 

OC41 transistor version (white and cyan print) offers more of a balanced tone.

A smart switching circuit gives you 6 toneful fuzz / boost settings.
You can select between four different fuzz sounds, a treble booster, plus a custom combination of them.

Taking inspiration from the senior unit we released back in 2019, our goal was to create a compact pedal that would combine the most widely used time-based effects and would fit into any gear setup lurking for 80s tones and beyond. From the jangly, ambient and shimmering sounds of New Wave, Shoegaze and Synth Pop to the soaking wet tones of Hair / Glam Metal. The new Sidekick JR features even more sounds / algorithm selections compared to the senior unit.

The Crazy Tube Circuits Ziggy v2 is a British flavored dual overdrive / distortion designed with discreet MOSFET gain stages to respond like a tube amp with ultra touch sensitivity so that you can control everything from your guitar’s volume knob and pick attack.
  A silent relay true-bypass switching circuit selects between 2 separate overdrive/distortion channels – low and high gain - each with its own controls for ultimate versatility.  Low gain channel is voiced after late 60s Super Bass while high gain channel sounds and responds like a late 70s Master Volume British amp.
