Solderless cable has become very popular in recent years. The convenience of being able to just screw a cable together is not without it’s downfall, however. Getting a nice solid connection using the pins and set screws most brands use can be difficult. This causes a resistance in the cable that works with the capacitance present in every cable to create a low pass filter, rolling off your high end. Many people use a simple continuity tester to test their cables. While a cable may test good in this manner, it may have excess resistance, something the continuity tester is not checking. An ideal cable will have less than 1O between it’s ends. One could use an ohm meter to check the cable, but fumbling around with meter leads can be tricky. The Stereo Pedal Tamer is a multi-function utility switcher! Use it for switching (or taming...) a variety of stereo and mono signal paths all from one handly stomp box.

Pedal Tamer Stereo

The Tap-A-Delay is a 750mS digital delay that mixes the original analog signal with the delayed signal. It is a bit gritty, and very analog flavored. This isn’t a clean studio quality digital delay with perfect repeats, it's much more tape-like than it is digital sounding.  

The Tap-A-Delay Deluxe version features a "Float" switch that controls a momentary feedback loop. At lower feedback settings this enables "floating" ambient sounds, at highter feedback settings it causes quicker feedback "runaway" oscillation. There is also a mini switch provided which to the left enables notes played after the float switch is engaged to add to the loop, while to the right the added notes are un-effected ("dry") .

Tap-a-Delay Deluxe

20 years after the release of the Cusack Screamer V1, we present the Cusack Screamer V3. Unlike the previous version where different clipping modes were added, this pedal has no new features. Wait, what?

The Cusack Screamer is a “clean” overdrive, but has about twice the gain of a typical Tube Screamer. Many TS style pedals come off as “mid-rangey” or “muddy”, making them easy to get lost in a mix. This is where the Screamer offers much more clarity than a typical overdrive. It has been meticulously thought out, and tweaked for maximum tonal definition. You can actually hear the individual notes of complex chords that would normally be buried. Many players consider the Cusack Screamer to be the best option in a crowded field for good reason! The V3 now has metal film caps, but don't be fooled, we think it sounds the same. Can you hear a difference?
