The Dream Crusher is a germanium fuzz effect designed to make your guitar sound more awesome. There are two simple controls: Fuzz and Level. Fuzz Controls how sweet you want to sound and Level controls how much you want other people to hear how sweet you sound. Even though it has a simple interface, there are many tones and textures waiting to be unleashed. We recommend setting the Fuzz to taste then adjusting the Level to unity, roughly noon on the dial. Playing with a band? Bump up the Level a couple notches to make it extra rad. If being extra rad isn’t your thing, bring it all back down to zero and rip in silence. Your call chief. We also recommend placing it first in your signal chain and before any buffered pedals for optimal awesomeness.

Der Buffer/Preamp stellt nicht nur den Höhenverlust wieder her, sondern hat auch einen kleinen Trick in petto, der den Bässen einen subtilen, aber dennoch kraftvollen Kick verleiht und für zusätzliche Dimensionen sorgt. 
Obwohl es üblich ist, einen Buffer am Anfang der Signalkette hinzuzufügen, finden wir, dass er für optimale Ergebnisse am besten am Ende eingesetzt werden sollte. Dennoch funktioniert er überall dort, wo du ihn platzieren möchtest. Die besten Ergebnisse erzielst du, wenn du den EarthQuaker Devices Buffer/Preamp NACH den Fuzz-Pedalen platzierst, die normalerweise gerne die Gitarre an ihrem Eingang sehen.

A buffer is an important tool to combat tone loss with long cable runs or in signal chains running lots of true bypass pedals. With its high 1 Mohm input impedance and low 100 ohm output impedance, the EarthQuaker Devices Buffer/Preamp will restore your tonal integrity and give you back the clear and dynamic signal you deserve and your amp craves. Want more? Not only will it restore high end loss, this device has a little trick up its sleeve that will also give your low end a subtle, yet powerful, little kick for some added dimension. 
While it is commonplace to add a buffer at the beginning of the signal chain, we find this to best at the end for optimum results. That said, it’ll work great anywhere you decide to place it. For best results, make sure the EarthQuaker Devices Buffer/Preamp is placed AFTER any fuzz pedals that typically like to see the guitar at their input.

The Tone Reaper is a vintage style fuzz based on the “3 Knob” bender featuring all its popular sounds. The EQD Tone Reaper silicon/germanium hybrid has a strong mid-range for more assertiveness in the mix. In addition, this is an all analog pedal with more headroom than the original Tone Bender and True bypass. The Tone Reaper is hand built in Ohio, USA.

The Colby Fuzz from EarthQuaker Engineering is a quality Fuzz pedal based on the classic Park Fuzz Sound. Park Amplification was born from Marshall Amplification, originally started by Jim Marshall himself. Park only produced a select few effects pedals amongst their amps, and most were just generic variations of 'wah' pedals, however they created one device that would stand out way above the rest: The Park Fuzz. EarthQuaker Devices have managed to perfectly recreate the classic sounding fuzz in their Colby Fuzz Sound, bringing it into a new generation.

Crimson Drive
If you’re looking for a cutting overdrive that has a vintage vibe and playful dynamics, then look no further than the Crimson Drive. The Crimson Drive is based around a single germanium transistor and two germanium diodes. The result is an open sounding drive with excellent harmonics and raw grit that will cut through the most dense mixes. This device cleans up nicely using your instrument’s volume control and works equally well with single coils and humbuckers. The Crimson Drive can go from a gritty treble boost, reminiscent of the Rangemaster, to a rattling overdriven sound reminiscent of a vintage plexi turned to 11. The Crimson Drive is true bypass and handmade by humans in lovely Akron, Ohio.
