The Ibanez ES2 Echo Shifter is an analogue delay pedal with a plethora of easy-to-use functions. Although the ES2 is an analogue pedal, it almost feels like a digital pedal because its functions are so incredibly easy to operate. The delay has three different settings. In oscillation mode, for instance, the delay will make vibrations, providing a psychedelic effect. With the modulation, you can create chorus-like delays and of course, you can also switch off both effects to get a natural-sounding delay.

Although the chorus effect has been very popular for several years with guitarists and keyboardists, the bass player has had less than desirable success in using most chorus units. The reason is that, until now, chorus units weren't designed with the low frequency range in mind. The BC10 Stereo Bass Chorus maximizes effect potential in this region of the audio spectrum. Delay time control range is longer than usual for a chorus type pedal, giving bassists the ability to "tune" in the effect to the lower register. Standard fare for a chorus unit are speed and width controls; the BC10 has both, in addition to normal and inverted stereo outputs.

BC10 Stereo Bass Chorus

The original version of the Ibanez Tube King (known as the TK999) was produced for a short time in Japan before production moved to the US. The US-made models bear the designation TK999US.
The Japan model featured a noise suppressor while the USA Model didn't. It's a great pedal and can run on 12AX7, 12AT7, or 12AY7 type tubes or the like. It also features a 3-band EQ to dial in some great tones.
