LUSTRE

The new Eighty7 Deluxe offers two complete independent Eighty7s. Each has both Green and Red channels, Level, Gain, Bass, Mids and Treble controls, with the Presence control being global. I wanted something that sounded and felt like my favorite 1968 Plexi. Completely natural note decay, no strange fizzy artifacts. It’s very dynamic, and responds to the guitar volume control and pick dynamics very well. Highly versatile with super-low noise and killer sustain, without needing a ton of distortion or fuzz to get it.

The LPD RIVAL delay has a smooth analog voice designed to tuck nicely in behind the dry signal, allowing it to fill out and not interfere. With 750ms of delay time on tap, the delay can be set long enough for ambient styles. Of course there is also beautiful short slap back and medium times to match any tempo. The RIVAL also allows self oscillation and has tails switching. Tails switching allows the delayed signal to continue after the bypass switch has been pressed for smooth overlapping transitions.
