Following the critically acclaimed Radial JD7™ Injector, the X-Amp employs a unique class-A circuit design that has been optimized for use with guitars. Features include balanced line level input with LED peak indicator and level control, class-A circuit topology for optimal reach and frequency response, a transformer isolated output to eliminate hum and buzz caused by ground loops, a 180° polarity reverse switch to bring both amps into phase, and a dual ground lift switch for noise-free operation.

The MIX 2:1 uses a completely passive circuit that requires no power to operate and allows you to sum two signals together with minimal coloration or distortion. Either signal can be attenuated to create the desired blend between the two, or the level controls can be bypassed altogether, summing each input equally. The MIX 2:1 automatically compensates for the 6dB in voltage gain when summing two in-phase signals together, so you don’t overload the next device in your signal chain. Ground lift switches are provided to remove buzz and hum from ground loops, and the MIX 2:1 is housed in a rugged steel chassis to handle use in the studio and on the road.

The Direct-Drive is an amp simulator designed for your pedalboard, providing a realistic amp tone that can be connected directly to the PA system. Three amplifier voicing options are provided: the first is the popular JDX tone which simulates the sound of an dynamic microphone on a 4x12 cabinet. The second setting is similar in character to a British tube head amplifier, while the remaining tone is modeled after a clean twin combo amp. With three classic voicings available, the Direct-Drive provides a natural amp tone through the PA system and consistency from night to night.
