The Medusa was originally made in a small batch of 73 hand-made units in 2003. Discontinued for seven years, the decision to reissue came as a result of several hundred emails from players requesting production to restart.

Re-released in 2010, the Medusa offers guitar players the unique functionality of a chorus unit and tremolo unit in the same enclosure.  
The Medusa offers a totally unique function – chorustrem – where the chorus modulation pulses at the same rate as the tremolos throb.

Medusa

I designed Hypostasia with one thing in mind – versatility.
I wanted to create a pedal that bridged the gap between fuzz and overdrive, whilst allowing the user to access both of these glorious individual sounds.

Three distinct sounds – Fuzz, Overdrive and the sublime combination of the two.
The guitars signal is first fed into a magnificent fuzz circuit via an input level control. The input control allows you to get everything from sparkling cleans to a “wall of fuzz”.  

You can adjust the overall amount of fuzz via the Fuzz control. 
The signal is then seamlessly matched with the following overdrive section. Dialled in to offer everything from a tasteful rasp to a devastating roar.

Traditional tremolo pedals offer controls for speed, depth, volume and waveshape.
The Pentavocal Tremolo takes a different path.

It has five different voices to choose from. You can select the “voicing” (frequency response) by turning the rotary selector to the desired setting.
From a delicate, shimmery, flutter trem to a pulsy low end throb, they're all there.

It also has another completely unique feature - the bottom control which allows the user to dial in and out the high end end pulse whilst the low end remains effected.
The Pentavocal Tremolo can certainly deliver the classic sound of a vintage valve trem and then soooo much more.
