The EHX Signal Pad is a passive attenuator that allows you to instantly switch to a different preset volume. It’s like your guitar’s volume knob, with a fully-passive and color-free circuit. Leave your amp’s volume set high for overdrive, and use the Signal Pad to lower your level for a clean sound — then switch it off to kick in your amp’s natural overdrive. You can also experiment with the Signal Pad anywhere in your effects chain — you’ll bring out new tonal combinations from your favorite old pedals.

The circa 1991 Sovtek “Civil War” Big Muff (dubbed that because of its blue and gray chassis) used the same circuit as the “Tall Font Green Russian” Big Muff and our EHX Green Russian Big Muff! The new EHX Sovtek Deluxe Big Muff expands on that big, wooly sound with the addition of the Deluxe Big Muff’s advanced controls while paying homage to the Civil War Big Muff aesthetic.

It’s all here in one integrated pedal. The Sovtek signature sound. The devastating low end, crisp highs and non-scooped mids, plus the advanced control of the Deluxe Big Muff in a single, completely integrated pedal.

Sovtek Deluxe Big Muff Pi

The EHX Micro Q-Tron is a smooth envelope filter with a funky wah-wah tone. The filter is controlled by its internal envelope follower, analyzing the volume of your notes and the dynamics of your playing to directly sweep the filter’s center or cutoff frequency. A stronger attack or louder note will produce a wider frequency sweep while softer playing produces more subtle effects. Use the Q control to make the effect more dramatic.
