Die überarbeiteten RockBoard® MODs V2 sind einfache all-in-one Patchbays für die RockBoard Pedalboard Series mit einem neuen, überarbeiteten Design und einem kompakten Gehäuse. Passend für alle neuen RockBoards® (außer der DUO-Serie) mit einem MOD-Slot, bieten sie als komfortable Patchbay verschiedene Kabelverbindungen, um eine weite Reihe von Bedürfnissen abzudecken. Mit den RockBoard® MODs kannst du deine Pedale dauerhaft unter dem Board verkabeln und alle Verbindungen zu und von deinem Effektsetup in einem praktischen Modul organisieren. Die RockBoard® MODs bieten einen zentralen Zugangspunkt vom Instrument zum Verstärker sowie eine praktische und einfache Stromversorgung des Boards über einen IEC- und einen 2,1 x 5,5 Barrel-Through-Stromanschluss. Das RockBoard® MOD 1 V2 ist eine Pass-Through-Box, die speziell für Gitarristen und Bassisten entwickelt wurde. Du kannst das MOD 1 V2 nutzen um mehrere Pedale deines Setups im Front End und im Effekt-Loop des Verstärkers zu postieren (4-Kabel Methode) oder die vier TRS-Anschlüsse als zentralen Zugang und Ausgang des Boards nutzen. Die XLR-Through-Verbindung kann als Signalausgang vom Pedalboard zum Mischpult oder zur PA verwendet werden.

The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. Utilizing the MOD slot on all new RockBoards® (except the DUO series), they provide various cable connections to fit a wide variety of needs as a convenient patchbay. With the RockBoard® MODs, you can permanently connect your pedals underneath your board and organize all connections to and from your effects setup in one convenient module. The RockBoard® MODs provide a central access point from your instrument to your amp, as well as your power supply via IEC, and a 2.1 x 5.5 barrel thru power connector. The RockBoard® MOD 1 V2 is a pass-thru box especially designed for guitar and bass players. It can also be used to run several pedals from your board through the effects loop of your amp, or as a central access point to your pedalboard via its 4x TRS thru connections. The XLR thru connection can be used as signal output from your pedalboard to the console or PA.

Die Bezeichnung des Dunlop SC95 Slash Classic Cry Baby Wah-Pedals braucht eigentlich keine weitere Erklärung, denn sowohl das Effektgerät als auch der Künstler, dem es gewidmet ist, dürften jedem ein Begriff sein. Und tatsächlich handelt es sich bei unserem Testpedal um ein Exemplar des Klassikers, das nach den Wünschen eines gewissen Saul Hudson alias Slash modifiziert wurde.

Seit geraumer Zeit befindet es sich nun in meinem Besitz, das Zakk Wylde Signature-Chorus Pedal aus dem Hause MXR. Nach nun einiger Zeit, in der sich die Miene hier eingewöhnen konnte, gebe ich ein paar Eindrücke wieder.

The new MXR Black Label Chorus is Zakk’s secret weapon to thicken up his wall of distortion and add liquid dimension and texture to clean passages. At the heart of the Black Label Chorus is its bucket brigade circuitry—the only way to get truly rich and warm analog chorusing. Its vintage style tones are dialed in by High and Low cut filters and Level, Rate and Depth controls. For the ultimate in spatial chorusing, hook up two amps via the two outputs for a wide and sweeping stereo spread. Like all MXR pedals, the Black Label Chorus comes in a heavy-duty housing with durable jacks and switches for a lifetime on the road.

Das RockBoard RBO B 4.2 QUAD B Pedalboard bietet Platz für ca. 9 bis 15 Pedale (entsprechend der Größe der Pedale) und wird mit einem ideal abgestimmten Gig Bag geliefert. Die robuste, wasserabweisende RokTex Oberfläche, der verstärkte Boden aus PVC (Polyvinylchlorid) und die 10 mm Polsterung bieten den perfekten Schutz bei leichtem Transport. Die RockBoard Pedalboard Serie wurde komplett designt, um ein Pedalboard zu schaffen, das leicht, verwindungssteif und robust ist und vor allem die Nutzung einer weiten Bandbreite an Pedalen, als auch Stromversorgungen und deren Montagelösungen erlaubt. Sein einzigartiges und geniales Design basiert auf nur einem einzigen kaltgewalztem Aluminiumblech und hat keine einzige Schweißnaht. Dadurch bietet es eine absolut flache Oberfläche, die komplett genutzt werden kann. U-förmige vertikale Streben geben dem Board zusätzliche Stabilität, ohne es merklich schwerer zu machen, dadurch ist das Board komplett verwindungssteif und verbiegt sich nicht unter maximaler Auslastung. Das innovative Slot-Design funktioniert mit gängigen Montage-Lösungen oder, perfekt, mit unserem RockBoard QuickMount System. Außerdem machen die Slots es einfach, Kabel für einen sauberen Aufbau unter der Board-Oberfläche zu verlegen. The robust, water-repellent RokTex surface, the reinforced PVC (polyvinyl chloride) bottom, and the 10 mm padding offer perfect protection while providing easy transportation. The RockBoard pedalboard series has been designed to create a pedalboard that is lightweight, warp resistant, and robust, and above all, allows the use of a wide range of pedals, as well as power supplies and their mounting solutions. Its unique and ingenious design is based on only a single cold-rolled sheet of aluminum without a single weld. As a result, it offers a flat surface that can be fully utilized. U-shaped vertical braces give the board extra stability without making it noticeably heavier, making the board completely torsion-resistant and preventing bending even under maximum load. The innovative slot design works with common mounting solutions or, perfectly, with our RockBoard QuickMount system. In addition, the slots make it easy to route cables under the board surface for a clean setup. Almost all common power supplies can be mounted either under the board surface directly or by using our optionally available RockBoard The Tray or BasePlates.
