DOOM 2 is an original fuzz circuit that turns your input signal into something resembling a sawtooth wave. Unlike most fuzz-style circuits, DOOM 2 responds to your playing technique and retains note dynamics . This opens up a range of uses beyond that of a conventional fuzz. Low gain settings produce the harmonic texture of a vintage synthesizer. The power and presence of a key bass is now available in the analog domain.

In both MKI and MKII form, the 3Leaf Audio Octabvre pedal gives you the sound of the classic OC-2, gritty 808, and the Mutron Octave all in one pedal. This dual-mode octaver gives you harmonically rich sub octaves with the option to click on a second footswitch that will solo your sub octave sound. The MKII sports an added toggle switch to choose between the pedal's original voicing and the popular "Tim tuning," a sound based off of the mods bassist Tim Lefebvre did to his own Octabvre.

New for version 2 is the you’re / your switch. You’re is the classic DOOM sound - strong upper harmonics, a mid-focused sound, and octavia / ring modulator effects as you play up the neck. Your is a new mode that has a stronger fundamental, more low end and fewer harmonics. This mode sounds more like a traditional fuzz.
