Der Bass TightMetal Jr ist eine Bassversion des beliebten TightMetal Jr von Amptweaker und verfügt über den Dry Low MOD-Regler an der Seite. Diese Blende fügt deinem Tone ein cleanes Low-End hinzu und hilft, den Grundsound beizubehalten, ohne dem verzerrten Highend seltsame phasenschoben Klänge hinzuzufügen. Abgeleitet von der Pro-Serie wurden die Tight-Regler und Fat-Schalter in einen 3-Wege Fat / Normal / Tight Schalter umkonfiguriert, um das Attack von dick und heavy zu aggressiv und clunky zu verändern. Ein EQ-Schalter bietet Thrash / Normal / Smooth-Klangeinstellungen, wodurch das Pedal eine breite Palette von Anwendungen abdeckt und sich in verschiedenste Rigs einfügt. Zusätzlich zu den Gain-, Tone- und Volume-Reglern gibt es ein manuell anpassbares Noise Gate, mit dem du Noten schnell und hart abstoppen kannst. Und das Tolle an einem eingebauten Noise Gate ist, dass es verschwindet, wenn das Pedal im Bypass ist ... damit dein Clean-Signal nicht beeinträchtigt wird! Der Tight-Schalter und der Tone-Regler wurden optimiert, um bei niedrigeren Frequenzen noch besser zu arbeiten, wodurch der TightMetal Jr perfekt für Bass- oder tiefer gestimmte sowie 7- oder 8-Saiter Gitarren geeignet ist.

The Bass TightMetal Jr is a bass version of Amptweaker's popular TightMetal Jr, and includes the Dry Low MOD knob on the side. This blend adds in clean lowend to the tone, helping to maintain the bottom without adding weird phase-shifty tones to the distorted highend. Derived from the Pro series, the Tight control and Fat switches were re-configured into a 3-position Fat/Normal/Tight switch to dial in the attack of the notes from thick and heavy to aggressive and chunky. An EQ switch similarly provides Thrash/Normal/Smooth tone settings, which helps the pedal cover a broad range of applications and work with various rigs. In addition to Gain, Tone and Volume knobs, there's also a manually-adjustable Noise Gate which can be cranked to stop notes hard and fast. And the great thing about a built-in noise gate is that it goes away when you turn the pedal off...so your clean tone is unaffected! The Tight switch and Tone control were tweaked to operate at lower frequencies, making them perfect for bass OR lower tuned guitars such as 7 or 8-strings.

The DepthFinder is an active boost-only EQ pedal that simulates the tube amp Resonance and Presence controls, but without having to be done in the power amp. This means you can use it with an amp that doesn’t have Resonance and Presence, by patching it in the effects loop. It also works great for building a pedalboard direct signal, since that low damping factor is a key ingredient to the overall tone. It can easily make a solid state amp sound and feel more like a tube amp, and can actually widen the bandwidth since it boosts at very low and very high frequencies.

Das dichtere, dunklere FatMetal-Distortion arbeitet perfekt direkt in den Clean Kanal eines Amps oder als Vorverstärker direkt in die Endstufe. Es ist für Gitarristen gedacht, die eine wärmere Distortion suchen, die besser zu hell klingenden Gitarren und Verstärkern passt, weniger auf Palm-Muting abzielt aber trotzdem gut mit Tremolo-Picking ala Black Metal funktioniert. Was die Features angeht ist es identisch mit dem TightMetal, aber der Sound wurde optimiert, um den niedrigeren Frequenzbereich Bereich von Tight- und Tone-Regler zu erweitern. Der hinzugefügte Black Gain-Schalter erhöht den Gain, um den dicken, satten Gain zu liefern, nach dem diese Genres verlangen. Der Thrash-Schalter wandelt den Grundton in einen schwereren, mid-scooped Tone um, der sich perfekt für klassische Vintage-Metal-Sounds eignet. Black Gain modifiziert den Klang in einen sehr dichten und extremen Metal Tone. Das Noise Gate wurde ebenfalls optimiert, um es flüssiger arbeiten zu lassen und mit den reduzierten Höhen des FatMetals noch besser zu klingen. Eine weitere coole Amptweaker-Funktion dieses Pedals ist der SideTrak -Effekt-Loop der aktiviert wird, wenn das Pedal im Bypass ist quasi wie eine integrierte A / B-Box.

The thicker, darker FatMetal distortion works perfectly into a clean channel or as a preamp into an effects return or power amp. It is designed for players who want a warmer distortion that workes better with brighter guitars and amps, but also is less aimed at palm-muted metal, and works better for tremolo-picking Black metal. Featurewise it is identical to the TightMetal but its tone has been tweaked to extend the low range of the Tight and Tone controls. The added Black Gain switch boosts the gain to get the thicker, buzzier gain required for those genres. The Thrash switch converts the basic tone into a heavier, more mid-scooped tone for classic vintage metal tones. Black Gain modifies the sound into a very thick and extreme metal tone that. Its noise gate has also been retweaked to make it smoother, and to sound even better with the reduced highs of the FatMetal. Another cool Amptweaker feature on this pedal is the SideTrak effects loop.that turns on when the pedal is being bypassed ...it's like having a built-in A/B box.

The TightBoost™ version of the TightDrive overdrive pedal has less gain, more volume and provides a cleaner boost to drive your amp harder.  Along with the popular Tight control, it also has a Mid boost control that gradually adds a Parked Wah tone.  This makes it easy to add a controlled amount of ‘vowel’ tone to your boost.
