Even if you employ the best technique, there will be volume inconsistencies in your sound. This becomes really obvious when you switch from finger-style playing to slapping and popping. The BLE100 can help smooth out these inconsistencies and improve your sound. How? A limiter works by reducing the dynamic range of a signal, often referred to as compression. This means that loud signals are turned down and softer sounds are turned up, so they more closely match each other. The resulting sound is more powerful, focused and rich in tone.

By its very nature, extreme compression tends to suck the high-end out of any signal, so we added a tone compensation circuit to the BLE100. This dedicated Enhance control lets you dial in just the right amount of sparkle, without giving your bass that over-processed or brittle sound. Endlich gibt es ein Bass/Keyboard-Chorus-Pedal, das einen superdicken Stereo-Chorus liefert, ohne die Tiefen zu opfern! Der BASS CHORUS BCH100 wendet einen warmen, satten Chorus nur auf den oberen Frequenzbereich deines Signals an, so dass deine Bässe ihren ganzen Punch und ihre Definition behalten.

Das „Geheimnis“ ist der einzigartige Shape-Regler, mit dem du bestimmen kannst, wie stark der tiefe Frequenzbereich vom Chorus beeinflusst wird. Er funktioniert ähnlich wie eine Frequenzweiche und ermöglicht es dir, den Bassbereich voll und straff zu halten und gleichzeitig einen atemberaubenden Schimmer im oberen Bereich zu erzeugen. At long last, there’s a bass/keyboard chorus pedal that provides super-thick stereo chorusing without sacrificing the lows! The BASS CHORUS BCH100 applies a warm, rich chorus to only the upper frequency range of your signal, allowing your bottom-end to retain all its punch and definition.

The “secret” is the extremely unique Shape control that lets you determine how much of the low frequency content is affected by the chorus. It functions very much like a crossover circuit, allowing you to keep the bottom-end full and tight, while creating stunning top-end shimmer. The Level control is used to raise and lower the output of the BCH100 and the Rate and Depth controls set the speed and fullness of the chorus effect.

We’ve also included a status LED for effect On/Off and battery check, and you can run your BCH100 on a 9 V battery or our PSU-SB DC power supply (not included). A first-class electronic On/Off switch is integrated for absolutely noise-free operation.
