The original thoughts of designing Honey Jar comes from the ultimate pursuit of original overdrive tone. TS808 was born in the late 1970s, Almost was used in all kinds of music. Guitarists have played it to create countless classic tone for decades. As time has changed, Most of the components used in the original TS808 have already been discontinued or replaced with others, this makes the tone change quietly, until now almost lost the tone characteristics of the year, especially in details. Based on years of research and accumulation of tone, we hope to faithfully restore the original TS808 Honey Jar is the first hand soldering pedal of CKK Electronic. Each HONEY JAR is independently completed by a senior welding technician and everyone can only produce about three pedals per day. The NOS components used in the products all came from our collection that we have spent many years collecting worldwide. These NOS components are the basis for restoring the original tone, but these collections will run out on a certain day, so the production of Honey Jar will be very limited.
