 For this new incarnation of Splash reverb we took all the algorithms of the multi-awarded mk3 version, the plate and shimmer algorithm from Sidekick and added 3 more exciting reverb algorithms, two modulated and one flanged freeze reverb algorithm. 

On top of that we added the extra flexibility of controlling decay and excite controls on all algorithms via an external expression pedal and / or the on-board footswitch thus creating the ultimate ambient tones.

The Crazy Tube Circuits Ziggy v2 is a British flavored dual overdrive / distortion designed with discreet MOSFET gain stages to respond like a tube amp with ultra touch sensitivity so that you can control everything from your guitar’s volume knob and pick attack.
  A silent relay true-bypass switching circuit selects between 2 separate overdrive/distortion channels – low and high gain - each with its own controls for ultimate versatility.  Low gain channel is voiced after late 60s Super Bass while high gain channel sounds and responds like a late 70s Master Volume British amp.

Ziggy V2

Inspired by the match-made-in-heaven of vintage effects found on 60s American amps, White Whale V2 sets out a new objective to pack bigger real spring reverb and tremolo sounds in the same pedalboard friendly enclosure (17 x 12,5 x 7,5 cm).

The 3-spring reverb tank assembly housed inside White Whale’s enclosure has remained the same, but we have upgraded the power amp driving the springs for increased headroom and wider frequency response. Following the signal topography of vintage units we have also upgraded the dwell control to allow you to dial the right amount of signal that goes into the springs for a mellower or splashier reverb sound. Real spring reverb found in 60s American tube amps and external reverb units featured a tube power amp driving the spring assembly via an output transformer, so we have delicately tuned an analog circuit to emulate the tube and output transformer saturation that was produced on higher dwell settings.

White Whale V2

Voiced after a 70s high wattage guitar tube amp that was also used on bass guitar in rock, doom, sludge and stoner bands. 

Gain control provides a wide range of sounds, from big bold clean to heavy overdrive that retains clarity even at maximum settings. Use the blend control to mix the clean signal and preserve all of your precious low frequencies. The tone control only affects the overdrive signal and volume control sets the master volume of your pedal (post blend).

A voicing toggle switch boosts mid frequencies (in supersonic mode) to make sure you’ll be heard light years away.
