With the Engl Custom Reverb, the amp manufacturer from Tittmoning in Bavaria presents a particularly versatile reverb effect pedal that can be used just as skillfully for live performances as for recording sessions in the studio. Two different effect modes are available, the first of which provides a classic reverb, while the second has clear ambient elements, whereby the decay time of the reverb can be determined using the “Decay” control. The “Hi Freq” control can also be used to adjust the treble content, while “Mix” mixes the analog clean signal with the effect.
