Mike got as close as he could to the tone, and most importantly, the feel of the amp. If you are to run the MESHUGGAH into the power section of a MESHUGGAH amp, or even into the IR section of the Neural DSP Nameless X suite, the tonal differences are extremely hard to hear.

The boost level control provides up to +22dB of clean boost with added side remote 1/4” jack for channel switching with a mini slide switch. There is no need to tap dance, if you want one channel on your amp boosted and the other not, the 33® changes the channel on your amp and automatically applies the boost.

There are two things to remember when using the 33®. You may not need as much gain as you usually do, as the front of the amp is being hit hard, the gain will be increased the more you open up the 33®.

The 33® has top mounted jacks and DC inlet for tight pedal board mounting applications. Matte black powder coat finish with gloss black screening for a killer blacked out look. As with all Fortin pedals, the 33® is proudly built in North America.

The mini Zuul®'s threshold knob also controls the dynamics of the gate circuit. Perfect for guitar, bass or any signal source because of the high quality studio specifications.
Use in front of an amplifier or in a series effects loop. Dual colour LED for visual feedback gating action: Green = Open, Orange = Closed, Off = Bypass.
The KEY input signal can be directly from your guitar (r.e. split from Roach or Spliff) or other signal source which lets you go from clean to high gain without changing the Threshold knob. This powerful feature lets you control the gate with a different signal than what flows through the input/output jacks of the ZUUL®. Side switch (internal jumper on early versions) to change the threshold range to compensate for different input signal levels. Industry standard true bypass switching.

Mit bis zu 22 dB Pegelanhebung verwandelt der Fortin 33 jeden Gitarren-Amp eine brachiale High-Gain-Abrissbirne, ohne dessen Klangcharakter zu verfälschen. Ein praktisches Detail des Fortin Amplification 33 Fredrik Thordendal Booster ist darüber hinaus die seitlich angebrachte Channel-Switching-Buchse, über die der Kanal des Gitarrenverstärkers beim Einschalten des Pedals gewechselt werden kann.
