This pedal is made in Japan by the talented builder Toru at HTJ-Works, who is known for his dedication to quality and attention to detail. The Bright Horse pedal features a unique diode switch that allows you to toggle between a Germanium diode with sound characteristics close to 1N34A. This switch allows you to adjust the distortion and harmonics of your tone, giving you a wide range of tonal options to choose from. The Germanium diode provides a warm, natural distortion that is similar to the Klon circuit.
