The Bass Attack 2 is a serious preamp and direct box that provides dual functionality by incorporating great front-end tone shaping, along with a super-clean balanced output to send to your recorder or Front-Of-House mixer. The Bass Attack 2 has three stages to shape your sound, including an EQ section, Hartke’s famous Shape Circuit, and an overdrive that can go from a little bit of warmth to monstrous distortion. The Bass Attack 2 has extensive input and output connectors including 1/4” inputs, balanced XLR Direct Output and 1/4” Parallel Output, providing maximum flexibility for connecting to an amplifier, mixer and recorder. The Bass Attack 2 is perfectly at home in the studio or on the road. In fact, the zinc die cast enclosure ensures solid performance from night-to-night and venue-to-venue.
