The right side is JHS' Moonshine V2 which is a highly unique and massively tweaked version of the most famous overdrive ever created housed in a little green enclosure. It also features the new “Clean” knob to blend in the perfect amount of clean signal with your overdrive signal. On the left side is JHS’s very own Angry Charlie V3. High gain JCM 800 type “Brown” sound tone that we believe is the most accurate Marshall tone ever put in a stomp box! Also the Sweet Tea offers the famous order toggle so you can choose what circuit comes first in the chain. This is great for stacking in different ways and for getting a wide range of tones.

Designed in conjunction with StuG of Delirious, the Kilt is a 2-in-1 Overdrive/Boost pedal with an extremely diverse tone set to work with. Der JHS Pedals 3 Series Rotary Chorus bringt Ihnen diesen klassischen, sich drehenden Choruston in einem erschwinglichen, einfach zu bedienenden Pedalformat! 
Intensity bestimmt die Modulationstiefe. Mit Speed bestimmen Sie, wie schnell sich der simulierte Lautsprecher „dreht“. Wenn Sie den Room-Schalter einschalten (obere Position), wird dem Sound ein geräumiger Hall hinzugefügt, ähnlich dem Raummikrofon-Sound, der bei der Aufnahme eines echten Leslie entsteht.

The rotary effect was one of the earliest modulation effects to hit the music scene. Originally designed for Hammond organs, the Leslie was a rotating speaker that created the recognizable Doppler effect (think church organ). Intensity determines the modulation depth. Speed lets you control how fast the simulated speaker “spins.” When you turn the Room toggle on (up position), it adds a roomy, reverb ambiance to the sound, much like the ambient “room microphone” sound that happens when recording a real Leslie.

In 2017, Josh built his longtime friend and session / touring guitarist Mason Stoops a one-off Superbolt with a unique taco graphic. The taco icon was a reference to the jam sessions / taco nights they often attended together in LA.

The practice of giving a custom built pedal as a gift was normal in the JHS world, but something far less normal happened when Stoops plugged it in: he noticed a glitch. The internal bias trim pots had never been properly adjusted, resulting in a wildly unbiased sound that Stoops instantly adored. No longer an overdrive, and somewhere between a fuzz and a blown-out Tweed amp, the TacoBolt was the definition of a happy accident. Over the years this sound has become a staple of Stoops’s work and piqued the curiosity of his collaborators. In 2024, we have recreated this serendipitous circuit with the last remaining (now discontinued) Superbolt materials in the limited edition JHS TacoBolt.

Nach einem Gespräch mit ihm auf der Winter NAMM 2015 machte sich JHS daran, sie ein wenig an seinen persönlichen Geschmack und seine Bedürfnisse anzupassen, damit sie noch besser in sein Live-Rig passte. Der Rest ist Geschichte und das JHS Pedals „AT“, auch bekannt als „The @“, war geboren. Dies ist ein extrem vielseitiges Pedal, das einen großen Verstärkungsbereich abdeckt. Sometime in 2013 Andy Timmons purchased an Angry Charlie from a guitar shop in Texas, and it became his main dirt channel soon after. Having a chat with him at Winter NAMM 2015 JHS set out to tweak it a bit to his personal tastes and needs so that it could fit even better into his live rig. The rest is history and the JHS Pedals “AT”, AKA “The @“, was born. This is an extremely versatile pedal that covers a large range of gain territory. If you need a single pedal that can achieve the saturated tones of a real British tube amplifier with a 4x12 cab, the Andy Timmons signature pedal is where it’s “AT.“
