Das originale MXR Phase 90 war und ist DER Meilenstein im Bereich der Phaser Pedale, da sind sich Musiker wie Sammler einig. Das ursprüngliche „Haus-Arbeitspferd“ wurde 1974 vom Dunlop Senior Entwickler Bob Cedro auf den Markt gebracht. Und genau dieses Pedal bringt MXR nun in einer peniblen und fachkundigen Wiederauflage in Form des neuen ’74 Vintage Phase 90 heraus. Auf der per Hand verdrahteten Platine finden wir selektierte Widerstände genau wie aufeinander abgestimmte FET-Transistoren, um exakt den gleichen sanften und warmen Modulations-Sound wie beim Original zu erreichen. Das ’74 Vintage Phase 90 kommt verpackt in ein im klassischen Orange lackierten Alugehäuse, welches das unverwechselbare Script-Logo trägt. Dieses Pedal stellt ausschließlich der MXR Custom Shop her!

The MXR Phase 90 set the benchmark for phasers, with its thick and rich tone. Dunlop's in-house work horse, purchased in 1974, was meticulously specified and recreated as the '74 Vintage Phase 90. The hand-wired board features select resistors paired with handmatched FETs to achieve the same smooth and warm modulation as the original. The '74 Vintage Phase 90 comes housed in the classic orange finished box and is adorned with the unmistakable Script logo.

The Boost/Line Driver is simple in design but superbly effective in solving a variety of mismatched line level and signal conditioning problems that can occur when combining effects. The MC401's circuit design has been used for years by CAE in the world's best guitarist's rigs to remedy these problems and rejuvenate the sparkle, punch and brilliance that can be lost. It can also be used as an ultra-clean boost (up to +20dB) for solos or to drive effects for more dynamics and sensitivity.

The Dyna Comp Compressor is famous for its first-rate, no-nonsense approach to tightening up your guitar signal and creating rich, full-bodied sustain. Like the Phase 90, this little red gem is a legend among its kind. The pedals produced in the mid-'70s are particularly prized for their unique sound and performance. The Script Dyna Comp Compressor combines that old school sound with a couple upgrades for modern gigging convenience. Spec'd from our own 1976 Dyna Comp Compressor, this pedal is built around the rare CA3080 "metal can" integrated circuit (IC), which yields quieter operation, greater transparency, and increased dynamic range. Thanks to its bypass status LED and AC power jack, you can put this pedal right on your board without worrying about whether the pedal is on or about to lose power.
