Der Sonic Blue Twanger ist ein weiteres Design aus der Amp-In-A-Box-Serie von One Control und BJF, das den legendären Sound alter Fender Blackface-Verstärker reproduziert. Wie die meisten von BJF entworfenen Pedale von One Control wird der Sonic Blue Twanger in einem superkompakten Gehäuse mit vier einfachen Regelmöglichkeiten geliefert. Der Treble-Regler arbeitet als Tone Balance (wie bei den Originalverstärkern), mit dem ein 'shelved' EQ-Setting verstärkt oder verringert wird. Volume- und Master-Regler arbeiten als Pre und Post Volume, sodass der cleane Headroom und die Verzerrung des Signals variiert werden können. An der Seite des Pedals befindet sich ein Rhythm/Lead Schalter, mit dem zwei Gain-Einstellungen ausgewählt werden können. Im Rhythm-Modus bietet das Pedal 18 dB Gain (-80 dB Noise Level) und im Lead-Modus 40 dB Gain (-74 dB Noise Level). Egal, ob man den Sonic Blue Twanger als Pre-Amp in Kombinationen mit anderen Overdrive oder Distortion Pedalen oder als eigenständigen Effekt verwendet, um einen 'amerikanischeren' Sound zu erzeugen, der Sonic Blue Twanger bringt Gitarristen bei jeder Lautstärke zurück in die 'Blackface-Tage'.

The Sonic Blue Twanger is another design from the Amp-In-A-Box series by One Control and BJF, designed to reproduce the legendary sound of old Fender Blackface amplifiers. Like most of the BJF designed pedals from One Control, the Sonic Blue Twanger comes in a super compact housing with four simple controls. The Treble control is a tone balance (like on the original amplifiers) which increases and decreases a 'shelved' EQ setting. Volume and Master controls work as pre and post volumes allowing to vary the amount of clean headroom and distortion in the signal. On the side of the pedal is a Rhythm/Lead switch to choose between two gain settings. In Rhythm mode, the pedal provides 18 dB gain (-80 dB noise level), and in Lead mode, the pedal provides 40 dB gain (-74 dB noise level). Whether you are using the Sonic Blue Twanger as a preamp with other overdrive or distortion pedals, or as a stand-alone effect to achieve a more American sound, the Sonic Blue Twanger will take you back to the 'blackface' days at any volume.

Der One Control Little Green Emphaser wurde hauptsächlich als Pre-Driver entwickelt, je nach Setting lässt sich mit dem Pedal aber auch eine leichte Verzerrung erzeugen. So lässt sich die Stompbox je nach Bedarf als sanfter Dirt Boost oder als klassischer Pre-Driver für andere Overdrive, Distortion oder Fuzz Pedale nutzen. Der Little Green Emphaser basiert auf der Kombination aus einem Treble Boost und einem Full Range Boost, die stufenlos über den Blend-Regler vermischt werden können. Je nach Setting des Blend-Reglers wird ein anderer Frequenzbereich im Signal betont. Bei Single Coil Pickups erzielt man eher einen Treble Boost, bei Humbucker Tonabnehmern lässt sich über den Blend-Regler ein definierter, crisper Sound erzeugen der in den Transienten eine leichte Verzerrung erzeugt.  Speziell Verstärker mit britischem Voicing profitieren enorm vom Little Green Emphaser und selbst bei Bässen lässt sich das Pedal nutzen um den Klang klarer und definierter zu machen.

The One Control Little Green Emphaser is primarily meant to be used as a pre-driver however it also distorts slightly. It works both as a light dirt booster by itself but can also pre-drive distortion effects, overdrives and fuzzes. Typically, the Little Green Emphaser works best at the beginning of your signal chain. The design of a pre-driver for distortion is made with a combination of a booster and a treble booster in which both are optimized for the lowest possible noise. These were put on a panorama pot in order for them to be blended to your personal liking. Specifically for single coil pickups, you'll notice more of a treble boost, rather than straight boost. In turn, this keeps hum levels low and also adds some body to your tone. With humbucker pickups, the Blend knob was tuned to allow crispness and body. The Blend knob balances or blends the straight booster and the treble booster which allows the player to put emphasis on a specific register to further project his/her tone. Additionally, you'll notice a small amount of distortion with humbucker pickups, especially on transients. The Little Green Emphaser can be an asset with many of the British style amplifiers and finally, this pedal can also be used on electric basses to create a crisper sound.

Die One Control Hooker's Green Bass Machine bietet einen weiten Dynamik-Bereich, der locker mit klassischen Röhren-Verstärkern mithalten kann. Dabei erhält das Pedal alle klanglichen Nuancen im Sound, die Bassisten mit ihren Fingern erzeugen können. Das breite Spektrum an möglichen Overdrive- und Distortion-Sounds beinhaltet eine schöne, musikalische Kompression, die an alte Transistor-Verstärker erinnert. Die klare, nicht zu scharfe Attack und die dynamische Ansprache überzeugen auch beim schnellen Spiel mit einem Plektrum und selbst Slap-Sounds kommen wunderbar zur Geltung. Für drückende Heavy-Sounds steht zusätzlich ein Trim-Poti zur Verfügung, der den Bass-Bereich im Signal boostet. Die Hooker's Green Bass Machine bietet eigentlich mehr als genügend Low End, aber wenn es etwas mehr sein soll, hat man mit dem Trim-Poti alle Möglichkeiten. Der Treble-Regler hat einen vergleichsweise eingeschränkten Regelbereich. Da moderne Bass-Verstärker mit sehr leistungsfähigen EQs ausgestattet sind liegt der Fokus hier bewusst auf einer sehr feinfühligen Feinanpassung des Sounds. Natürlich harmoniert die Hooker's Green Bass Machine auch ohne Probleme mit einer Gitarre.

The One Control Hooker's Green Bass Machine has a dynamic range as wide as a bass tube amp and picks up all the subtle expressions that bassists create with their fingers. Transitions between clean and distorted sounds are smooth and it creates a gorgeous but stable compression tone like an old transistor amp when you increase the distortion. It won't miss any finger touches and accurately produces any groove from blues, fusion, or hard rock to metal. Its moderately sharp attack and clear sounding keys do not decrease the speed realized by picking. With slapping, percussive chunks of sound by thumbing pop up, and sound created by pulling can be maintained and kept stable. The ability to freely control distortion enables you to play in a relaxed and comfortable way. For heavy tracks using a multi-string bass, the Low trim pot on the side does its job. The OC Hooker's Green Bass Machine has enough low-end, but if it's not enough, adjust the trim pot to unlock even more low-end. The Treble knob has a limited range to allow subtle adjustment. Many music venues and studios have modern bass amps equipped with powerful EQ and basic bass sound is created using that. What is required for an overdrive pedal is delicate sensory adjustment that is impossible with amp EQ. This pedal can also be used as an overdrive pedal when paired with a guitar.

One Control Blue Bee OD 4K Mini Custom ist eine limitierte Custom-Version des Blue Bee OD 4K Mini, ein Overdrive, der einen transparenten, verstärkerähnlichen Overdrive mit mehr Gain als die anderen Pedale unserer Bee-Serie kombiniert. Der Blue Bee OD 4K Mini Custom bietet mehr Fülle als die normale Version, insbesondere mit Blick auf Single Coil Pickups.
Die Charakteristiken eines gleichförmigen Low-Ends, das an einen Combo-Verstärker im amerikanischen Stil erinnert, und der Ton, der durch das scharfe und straffe Top-End erzeugt wird, bleiben gleich, mit einer zusätzlichen Obertonkomponente und mehr Gain. Es ist ein Ton, der einen Schritt näher an der Moderne zu sein scheint als der Silver Bee OD. Obwohl die Verzerrung selbst ausgeprägt ist, handelt es sich um einen hervorragenden Ton, der ein Gleichgewicht zwischen Transparenz und Gain herstellt.
Der 2-Band-Equalizer verfügt über einen großen Regelbereich, mit dem Sie die Balance Ihres Tons leicht kontrollieren können. Die geschmeidige Reaktionsweise der Regler führt auch zu einer einfachen Bedienung. Mit dem T-Regler können Sie die Helligkeit des Tons, sowohl die Hochfrequenz- als auch die Obertonanteile, steuern und einen Drive-Ton mit einem schönen metallischen Klang erzeugen. Der B-Regler ist auf kritische Frequenzen in den unteren Mitten ausgerichtet und kann je nach den Eigenschaften der Bühne, des Verstärkers und der Gitarre eingestellt werden.
Der Blue Bee hat einen etwas dickeren Ton und gleichzeitig die Ausdruckskraft, den Ton leicht mit den Fingern zu kontrollieren und mit der Anschlagsstärke zusätzliches Gain und Artikulation zu erzeugen.


One Control Blue Bee OD 4K Mini Custom is a limited custom version of Blue Bee OD 4K Mini, an overdrive that combines transparent amp-like overdrive with more gain than the other pedals in our Bee series. The Blue Bee OD 4K Mini Custom adds more thickness than the normal version, especially with single coil pickups in mind.
The characteristics of a flat low end reminiscent of the American-style combo amplifier and the tone created by the sharp and tight top end remain the same, with an added overtone component and more gain. It's a tone that seems to be one step closer to modern than the Silver Bee OD. Although the distortion itself is strong, it is a superb tone that manages to balance the transparency and gain.
The 2-band equalizer has a wide range, and you can easily control the balance of your tone. The smoothness of responsiveness to the controls also leads to ease of use. The T-knob can control the brightness of the tone, both high-frequency components and overtone components, and create a drive tone with a beautiful metallic sound. The B knob is centered on critical frequencies in the low mid and can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the stage, the amplifier, and the guitar.
The Blue Bee has a tone with a little thickness added to it while having the expressive power to control the tone easily with your fingers, bringing added gain and articulation with playing strength.

The DC Porter MKII also has an indicator that shows current useage. 300 mA, 600 mA, 900 mA, 1000 mA (overload) indicators light up. At 300 mA or less, only the blue LED of each DC 9V out lights up, and one when it exceeds 300 mA, two when it exceeds 600 mA, and three indicators when it exceeds 900 mA.
Normally, if an indicator over 900 mA lights up, refrain from supplying more power. If the red LED overload indicator lights up, remove the mobile battery and remove all connections.
