Dieses Pedal braucht wahrscheinlich keine besondere Vorstellung mehr - wer die Pedal-Designs von Bjorn Juhl (BJF/BJFe) kennt, der weiß, dass es sich hier um eine seiner besten Kreationen handelt. Zum 20-jährigen Jubiläum des originalen BJFe Honey Bee Overdrive hat Bjorn Juhl nun den Sound seines klassischen Low-Gain-Overdrives auf die One Control Mini-Pedalplattform gebracht, die sowohl die klassische, warme, sirupartige Honey Bee-Textur mit Modern/Vintage-Schalter als auch eine spezielle neue Custom-Version mit erhöhtem Gain und einem heißen Crimson-Finish bietet. Tonal bringt diese CUSTOM Version zusätzlichen Gain und Push im Low-Mid-Spektrum mit einem fetteren Sound. Diese Version hat auch den VINTAGE/MODERN-Schalter, so dass man sowohl den originalen Honey Bee mit hohem Gain als auch den modernen Honey-Bee mit hohem Gain bekommt. Das Honey Bee Overdrive wurde vom Klang alter Supro-Verstärker inspiriert und ist vor allem für den warmen Overdrive Crunch bekannt, der sich flexibel kontrollieren lässt. Im Laufe der Jahre wurde das Pedal mehrmals überarbeitet, dabei ist die Version von One Control wahrscheinlich die Beste, da sie alle Verbesserungen der letzten Jahre beinhaltet. Zwei schaltbare Modi bestimmen den Klangcharakter des Pedals: Der Vintage-Modus (Original-Sound des Honey Bee OD) bietet einen milden, klassischen Overdrive mit einem einzigartigen Ansprechverhalten in den Höhen. Der Modern Mode ist der Sound des aktuellen Honey Bee OD und enthält alle vorherigen Revisionen. Im Vergleich zum Vintage-Modus erhält man hier insbesondere im Low-End mehr Gain. Zusätzlich verfügt diese Version über getrennte Regler für Tiefen und Höhen. Natürlich kann der Honey Bee OD auch von Bassisten verwendet werden.

This pedal needs no introduction. If you're familiar with the designs from Bjorn Juhl (BJF/BJFe) then you know that this is one of his best creations, inspired by the sound of an old Supro amp. For the 20th anniversary of the original BJFe Honey Bee Overdrive, Bjorn Juhl has now brought the sound of his classic low-gain overdrive to the One Control Mini pedal platform, featuring both the classic, warm, syrupy Honey Bee texture with Modern/Vintage switch and a special new Custom version with increased gain and a hot Crimson finish. Tonally, this version will bring you additional gain and push in the low-mid spectrum with a thicker tone. This version also has the VINTAGE/MODERN switch, so you get both original Honey Bee with high gain and modern Honey Bee with high gain. The Honey Bee Overdrive is known for it's warm overdrive crunch which is easily adjustable by a twist of a knob. Over the years, there have been several revisions of this sought-after pedal and the One Control model is the best version yet, as it contains all the revisions and improvements from previous models. Two switchable modes set the general sound of the pedal: Vintage Mode (original sounding Honey Bee OD) provides a mild and classic overdrive tone with an unique high frequency response. Modern Mode is the sound of the current Honey Bee OD and includes all previous revisions. Compared to the Vintage mode, you'll notice increased gain, especially in the low ends. In addition, this version has separate controls for bass and treble. Of course, the Honey Bee OD can also be used by bassists.

One Control Blue Bee OD 4K Mini Custom ist eine limitierte Custom-Version des Blue Bee OD 4K Mini, ein Overdrive, der einen transparenten, verstärkerähnlichen Overdrive mit mehr Gain als die anderen Pedale unserer Bee-Serie kombiniert. Der Blue Bee OD 4K Mini Custom bietet mehr Fülle als die normale Version, insbesondere mit Blick auf Single Coil Pickups.
Die Charakteristiken eines gleichförmigen Low-Ends, das an einen Combo-Verstärker im amerikanischen Stil erinnert, und der Ton, der durch das scharfe und straffe Top-End erzeugt wird, bleiben gleich, mit einer zusätzlichen Obertonkomponente und mehr Gain. Es ist ein Ton, der einen Schritt näher an der Moderne zu sein scheint als der Silver Bee OD. Obwohl die Verzerrung selbst ausgeprägt ist, handelt es sich um einen hervorragenden Ton, der ein Gleichgewicht zwischen Transparenz und Gain herstellt.
Der 2-Band-Equalizer verfügt über einen großen Regelbereich, mit dem Sie die Balance Ihres Tons leicht kontrollieren können. Die geschmeidige Reaktionsweise der Regler führt auch zu einer einfachen Bedienung. Mit dem T-Regler können Sie die Helligkeit des Tons, sowohl die Hochfrequenz- als auch die Obertonanteile, steuern und einen Drive-Ton mit einem schönen metallischen Klang erzeugen. Der B-Regler ist auf kritische Frequenzen in den unteren Mitten ausgerichtet und kann je nach den Eigenschaften der Bühne, des Verstärkers und der Gitarre eingestellt werden.
Der Blue Bee hat einen etwas dickeren Ton und gleichzeitig die Ausdruckskraft, den Ton leicht mit den Fingern zu kontrollieren und mit der Anschlagsstärke zusätzliches Gain und Artikulation zu erzeugen.


One Control Blue Bee OD 4K Mini Custom is a limited custom version of Blue Bee OD 4K Mini, an overdrive that combines transparent amp-like overdrive with more gain than the other pedals in our Bee series. The Blue Bee OD 4K Mini Custom adds more thickness than the normal version, especially with single coil pickups in mind.
The characteristics of a flat low end reminiscent of the American-style combo amplifier and the tone created by the sharp and tight top end remain the same, with an added overtone component and more gain. It's a tone that seems to be one step closer to modern than the Silver Bee OD. Although the distortion itself is strong, it is a superb tone that manages to balance the transparency and gain.
The 2-band equalizer has a wide range, and you can easily control the balance of your tone. The smoothness of responsiveness to the controls also leads to ease of use. The T-knob can control the brightness of the tone, both high-frequency components and overtone components, and create a drive tone with a beautiful metallic sound. The B knob is centered on critical frequencies in the low mid and can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the stage, the amplifier, and the guitar.
The Blue Bee has a tone with a little thickness added to it while having the expressive power to control the tone easily with your fingers, bringing added gain and articulation with playing strength.

Der LX Tuner mit BJF Buffer verfügt über einen Korg Pitchblack Custom Tuning-Schaltkreis und hat eine beeindruckende dreidimensionale Stimmanzeige, welche aus jeder Entfernung gut ablesbar ist. Es stehen vier verschiedene Display Modes zur Verfügung: "A Mode“, "STROBE MODE“, "HALF STROBE MODE“, "Regular B Mode". The One Control LX tuner is equipped with a BJF buffer developed by Bjorn Juhl, which can be switched on and off as desired. With the One Control LX Tuner, you get the best of both worlds: You can choose whether you want to use the high-quality BJF buffer and its advantages, or switch the unit to true bypass mode to avoid impedance problems with old school fuzz circuits, for example. 
The LX Tuner with BJF buffer features a Korg Pitchblack Custom tuning circuit and has an impressive three-dimensional tuning display that is easy to read from any distance. Four different display modes are available: "A Mode", "STROBE MODE", "HALF STROBE MODE", “Regular B Mode”. The reference frequency of the LX Tuner can be adjusted in 1 Hz steps from 436 to 445 Hz and it has a tuning range from 20.60 Hz (E0) to 4186 kHz (C8) with an accuracy of 0.1 cent.

The OneControl Lemon Yellow Compressor 4K produces clear and natural sounding compression for various applications. The Yellow Lemmon Compressor 4K is therefore ideally suited for electric and acoustic guitar, for slide guitar and for bass players. The compression ratio can vary from 1:1 to 5:1 and always has an excellent, natural tone - but if you set the ratio and gain to maximum, you can get a slight overdrive tone with fantastic dynamics. With an output level of up to +18 dB, you can use the Lemon Yellow Compressor 4K to increase the input level of the signal chain by combining it with other distortion pedals or an already overdriven amp. With the Blend control, it is possible to smoothly add the unprocessed original signal at any time, which always guarantees full flexible control over the sound in different applications and situations.
