With the power to quickly kill your signal in two different actions, the Murder One is all the guitar killswitch pedal you’ll ever need.
The Murder One Killswitch does exactly what it says on the box; it’ll kill your signal like a terrifying, deadly assassin, cutting off all noise completely. Perhaps you’re using this to silence your insane amounts of distortion hiss or feedback in between songs (we’re looking at you, death metal guitarists), or maybe create a modern stutter guitar effect by killing and reviving your signal quickly. It’s amazing how handy these pedals are, and once you have one, you really will wonder how you managed without one.
Even at high volumes and gain levels, the Murder One’s switch won’t give horrible pops and clicks – it’s a silent and deadly signal killing machine.
The Murder One is available in two varieties, or “actions”. The first is “latching”, in which you step on the pedal once to kill your signal and step on it again to bring it back. The second is “momentary”, and will kill your signal only whilst you’re holding the pedal’s footswitch down. This really is a matter of personal preference; you probably already know which one you’d prefer.
