La Brute, well, that’s the middle choice! Big enough to offer a lot of shpouing and,
make most of musicians crazy. Its average size makes it possible to fit easily under
a pedalboard, right next to the pedal power supply block or on the keyboard table.
It provides much more harmonics than its friend Le Bon.

Much more than a simple booster

We all know the legendary green mid-boost overdrive, it’s not as if we all have one at home!
We have been using it as the best tool to boost an amp already crunched.
Gain at 0, volume at full and here we go!
We cut through the mix, we are in the spotlight and we avoid dribbling on the spectrum of the other band mates.
There are of course other combinations and tonal experimentations to be used from this schematic,

Find back the tone from ac/dc with this plexi distortion pedal !

As malcolm young said “nobody would pay attention to anything that was going on until you kicked them right in the teeth with it. », it is in this spirit that the high voltage was designed, a plexi distortion pedal that strongly smash publics’ face. thanks to his bass killer switch, the chords are powerful and they easily stand out in the mix! this is the end of sticky and fuzzy distortions which drool everywhere. only good sound, dynamics and energy.

It is from this perspective that the anasounds team, advised by fans of ac/dc, developed this new pedal. at first, the sound was supposed to be close from a marshall plexi pushed to 11 but finally they made a frequency analysis of « it’s a long way to the top (if u wanna rock’n’roll) » from the album high voltage. the chords of the intro are so powerful, so clear and so recognizable, that it was time to launch a pedal that finds back their tone more easily.

Do not be mistaken, with all the available pots and trimpots, it is also very easy to create its own tone!

La Grotte ist der neue analoge Federhall von Anasounds. La Grotte ist eine Geheimwaffe auf dem Pedalboard eines jeden anspruchsvollen Gitarristen, unabhängig von seinem musikalischen Ansatz: Vintage oder Modern, Blues oder Pop, Garage oder Soul. Aber auch andere Musiker und Tontechniker werden die klanglichen Tiefen von La Grotte zu schätzen wissen.

La Grotte is the new analog spring reverb by Anasounds. It may look like a mere evolution of the Element with the spring inside the main pedal, but in fact it offers a brand new sound and brand new features, designed in close collaboration with Jack White for his Third Man Hardware brand.

At its core, La Grotte is a mechanical reverb that includes a three-spring tank, but it also features a warm preamp with a distinct sonic personnalité, and a very powerful two-band EQ that only affects the reverberated sound. Independent volume settings for the dry and wet sounds allow you to find the perfect balance you’ve been searching for.

Custom boost to push yourself through the mix

This is a boost where we find at the same time a transparent and clean boost and a really typed and settable crunch.

In addition to that you have possibility to stay in the middle mode or to select the frequencies you want to add, so bass or trebles.

An internal setting allows to set the nature of the overdrive while at the same time, this is matching the whole chain between guitar and amplifier.
