Der Carolina Reaper schwingt zwei separate, aber sich ergänzende Waffen. Die rechte Seite des Pedals verfügt über eine High-Gain-Germanium-Overdrive-Schaltung, die Ihre Gitarre zum Schreien bringt. Die linke Seite beherbergt ein glühend heißes High-Gain-Germanium-Fuzz. Jede Schaltung kann unabhängig voneinander verwendet werden.
