Das TC Electronic Eyemaster ist eine Kopie des Boss HM-2 Pedals, welches für den Kettensägensound der Schwedischen Death Metal Bewegung der 90er Jahre steht. Ich selber besitze ein Boss HM2 (Made in Taiwan), zwei Bausätze „Das HmTwo“ von „das Musikding“ und jetzt auch das TC Electronic Eyemaster. Das Eyemaster verfügt nur über Gain und Volume Regler, auf den EQ wurde verzichtet.

EYEMASTER METAL DISTORTION brings back the original metal credo of "loud and brutal" with its "simpler-than thou" 2-knob operation.
Just set the volume (all the way up, right?) and adjust the gain (anything less than all-the-gain is sacrilege) and start riffing.
