Valved compressor for your recordings! Varicomp is a compressor that uses a high-voltage dual triode valve for compression. As the input signal varies the gain (Mu) of the valve is changed, compressing the signal, with all the vintage characteristics of the valve compressor. It features a female XLR input and a male XLR output. Can work with balanced signal. (OBS: If necessary, customizations can be made, such as P10 plug placement). With the V.U. we can visualize how much signal is being compressed, becoming clearer to make the adjustments. Compression can still be turned off, functioning as a valve preamp!
