The Ibanez Phase Tone PT-999 is a guitar effects pedal that electronically simulates the sound of a rotating speaker, or “Doppler Effect,” by applying an integrated circuit. It provides a clear and defined phase shift without distortion. The pedal features a single knob, Rate, which controls the speed/rate of the LFO wave that controls the effect.
