One Control STRAWBERRY RED OVERDRIVE RC is a new modified version of our classic SROD overdrive tweaked again by Björn Juhl to do the classic sound as well as some new modern tones with heightened articulation and note definition.
This is a sound that is not specific to any genre or style of music and could be used in a wide range of musical situations. The STRAWBERRY RED OVERDRIVE RC model has been specially tuned for humbucker-equipped guitars and heavy tones while still having the characteristics of a great high-end tube amplifier.
The original SROD4K was developed to be a versatile overdrive that can bring the dynamics and feel of expensive tube audio circuits to guitarists everywhere, even if playing through small solid-state combos. Our new SRODRC will operate between 9v and 18v for higher headroom operation and a bit more focused tone with wider dynamic range.

Die TORNADO Fx Produktlinie von One Control stellt den Höhepunkt in der Entwicklung des Overdrive Effekts dar. Der TORNADO Drive Aluminium ist ein Overdrive-Pedal, das unter der Aufsicht von Mr. TK (Ling Tosite Sigure) nach dem Austausch verschiedener Ideen und Meinungen entwickelt wurde. Es ist die Krönung des Overdrive als Effektpedal und ein Pedal, das den von TK gewünschten Sound erzeugt. Die ersten Prototypen wurden mehrere Jahre lang bei TKs Live-Auftritten verwendet, und sowohl Bjorn Juhl als auch TK nahmen Anpassungen vor, die auf dem Sound und dem Gefühl des Pedals auf der Bühne basierten. Der Ton ist dick und dreidimensional, kann aber auch fein und raffiniert sein. Trotz hoher Gain Reserven und unterstützendem Sustain besitzt die tonale Gestaltung stets viel Klarheit, um auch komplexe Akkorde transparent darzustellen. Wie der Modellname schon andeutet, ist das Gehäuse aus speziell bearbeitetem Aluminium gefertigt. Mr. TK möchte, dass es ein Overdrive-Pedal ist, das von so vielen Gitarristen wie möglich verwendet werden kann, und der TORNADO Drive Aluminium ist das fertige Ergebnis.

The TORNADO Fx product line from One Control represents the pinnacle in the development of the overdrive effect. The TORNADO Drive Aluminium is an overdrive pedal developed under the supervision of Mr. TK (Ling Tosite Sigure) after exchanging various ideas and opinions. It is the culmination of overdrive as an effect pedal and a pedal that produces the sound TK wanted. The first prototypes were used for several years at TK's live performances, and both Bjorn Juhl and TK made adjustments based on the sound and feel of the pedal on stage. The tone is thick and three-dimensional, but can also be subtle and refined. Despite high gain reserves and supportive sustain, the tonal design always has plenty of clarity to make even complex chords transparent. As the model name suggests, the cabinet is made of specially machined aluminium. Mr. TK wants it to be an overdrive pedal that can be used by as many guitarists as possible, and the TORNADO Drive Aluminium is the finished result.

One Control hat den klassischen BJF Buffer Circuit auf mehreren ihrer Geräte als hochwertigen Buffer eingesetzt, der für alle Gitarren und Bässe verwendet werden kann und von vielen Spielern treu genutzt wurde.
Es besteht kein Zweifel, dass der BJF Buffer ein großartiger Buffer ist, aber er wurde ursprünglich für eine E-Gitarre entwickelt. Der Minimal Series Silver Para Bass Buffer ist ein von BJF neu entwickelter Buffer speziell für E-Bassgitarren. Für den Bass ist er der "beste" Buffer, der den bisherigen "exzellenten" BJF Buffer übertrifft und für das Low End optimiert wurde.
Der Silver Para Bass Buffer hat einen Regler namens "Z". Z steht einfach für Impedanz. Dieser dient zur Einstellung der Eingangsimpedanz und kann auf die basis-spezifische Impedanz wie z.B. Passivbass und Aktivbass eingestellt werden, sowie einen Drehregler zur Feinabstimmung der Low-End-Response. Mit dem Z-Regler kann die Eingangsimpedanz im Bereich von 50KΩ bis 390KΩ eingestellt werden.
Die Wirkung des Z-Reglers hängt von der Impedanz des Instruments ab, an das Sie ihn anschließen. Manchmal können Sie das Low End ziemlich stark anpassen, aber wenn Sie einen anderen gepufferten Effekt in Ihrer Kette haben, kann der Effekt subtiler sein.
Die Ausgangsimpedanz ist auf 2kΩ eingestellt.
Für mehr Flexibilität hat der Silver Para Bass Buffer zwei Ausgänge. Die beiden Ausgänge sind gesplittet und können auf zwei Wegen ausgegeben werden, die vor allem bei Bassgitarren zum Einsatz kommen, wie z. B. zum Bassverstärker und DI direkt zum hauseigenen Soundsystem.

One Control has used the classic BJF Buffer Circuit on several of their devices as a high-quality buffer that can be used for all guitars and basses and it has been used faithfully by many players.
There is no doubt that the BJF Buffer is a great buffer, but it was originally designed with an electric guitar in mind. The Minimal Series Silver Para Bass Buffer is a buffer specifically for electric bass guitar newly developed by BJF. For the bass, it is the "best" buffer that exceeds the "excellent" BJF Buffer so far and has been optimized for the low end.
The Silver Para Bass Buffer has a knob called “Z”. Z simply stands for impedance. This is to adjust the input impedance and can be adjusted to the base-specific impedance such as passive bass and active bass, as well as a control knob to fine-tune the low-end response. With the Z knob, the input impedance can be operated in the range of 50KΩ to 390KΩ.
The effect of the Z-knob depends on the impedance of the instrument you connect to. Sometimes you can adjust the low end quite a bit, but if you have another buffered effect in your chain, it may be more subtle.
The output impedance is set to 2kΩ.
For flexibility the Silver Para Bass Buffer has two outputs. The two outputs are split out, and you can output to two routes that are particularly used with bass guitar, such as to the bass amplifier and DI direct to house sound system.
Silver Para Bass Buffer is a bass buffer designed for the bass to give you more control over both your stage and house sound or to give you more flexibility with recording in the studio, all with the clean powerful sound of the BJF Buffer and the rock-solid construction from One Control.

Das One Control Super Apricot OD ist ein Amp-In-A-Box Pedal, das entwickelt wurde um den legendären Sound alter Supro-Verstärker aus den 60er Jahren zu reproduzieren. Die Stompbox bietet den rauen, knurrigen Sound der alten Röhren-Verstärker, überzeugt aber vor allem durch ein extrem dynamisches Ansprechverhalten. Der Tone ist schön gesättigt, ohne dabei zu komprimiert zu klingen. Der Grad an Verzerrung lässt sich bequem über den Volume-Regler der Gitarre und die Pick-Attack kontrollieren: Dreht man den Volume-Regler zurück oder spielt eher sanft klart das Signal schön auf und man erhält einen satten 'Hot Clean' Tone, dreht man den Volume-Regler voll auf und spielt sehr kräftig, lassen sich sogar satte Verzerrungen an der Grenze zur Distortion realisieren.

The One Control Super Apricot OD is an Amp-In-A-Box pedal, designed to capture the classic tone of mid 60's Supro amps. The stompbox produces the rustic, raw, gnarly tones of a vintage Supro tube amp, with surprising amount of dynamic control. The tone is saturated, without feeling overly compressed. You can easily control the gain with the Drive control and use the guitar's volume control and picking intensity to clean up the tone. However, there is a feeling of saturation somewhere in that clean tone; it becomes more of a 'hot clean' sound. You can also create a heavy distortion by increasing the Drive, setting the guitar volume to maximum and play with heavy, sharp picking or strumming.

For this reason, Bjorn Juhl and One Control decided to expand on this models success with two other models: The Cranberry and Lingonberry. The One Control Cranberry OverDrive is a lower gain version of the Strawberry Red OD. In addition to having optimized control over lower gain sounds, the filtering has been altered to allow a flatter sound with more lows and highs.
