The Supro SP 1304 Fuzz is a hybrid fuzz pedal that combines the best elements of the silver box Big Muff, the Tone Bender MkII, and the germanium-laced Fuzz Face. It uses NOS (New Old Stock) Germanium transistors in the first gain stage, followed by a Silicon transistor in the second stage. This unique combination allows for a wide range of tonal possibilities, from smooth and singing sustain to raw and aggressive fuzz.
